We hope you love your Lady Rouva pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, please review our guidelines below.
Return Window & Conditions
1. Return Window
- We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period cannot be accommodated.
2. Condition of Items
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage.
3. Final Sale Items
- Items marked “Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Proof of Purchase
- A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns. We cannot process returns without proof of purchase.
Order Cancellations
1. Cancellation Window
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email customercare.ladyrouva@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing it.
- Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation will no longer be possible.
2. Post-Cancellation Option
- If your order has already shipped, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy once they arrive.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded, even for orders that originally qualified for free shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA)
- Email customercare.ladyrouva@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
2. Pack, Ship, and Confirm
- Repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and mark the RA number clearly on the parcel.
- Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees incurred on the return.
- After your return is verified by our team, please email us your return parcel’s tracking number within 10 days so we can find your refund speedily.
Refunds & Processing
1. Refund Method
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding any original shipping fees (even for orders that originally qualified for free shipping) and any return customs fees incurred.
- Please allow 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item(s) for the refund to appear on your account.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us at customercare.ladyrouva@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping fees) for items confirmed to be damaged or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
